Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products: If the product arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos or evidence. Incorrect Product Delivered: If you receive the wrong product, we will offer a refund or replacement. Non-Delivery of Product: If the product fails to arrive after the estimated delivery timeframe.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We are unable to process refunds for:
Products that have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition and packaging. Digital products or downloadable items (unless there is a technical issue preventing access). Sale or clearance items marked as “final sale.”

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, email us at sapgroupsdnbhd@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item (if applicable). Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. Shipping Costs
For returns due to damaged or incorrect items, Ecayou.com will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

5. Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for defective or incorrect products. Simply contact us with the details, and we’ll arrange for the replacement.
